Comprehensive Policy offers 24-hour, 365-day accident recovery
line and cover can be organised over the telephone from 8am
to 8pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm on Saturdays. If you are unlucky
enough to have an accident repairs are authorised swiftly
using a network of quality specialists. Provided an approved
repairer is used a courtesy car is available for a small additional
charge, including up to 14 days' cover for theft/total loss.
All repairs are guaranteed for three years and cars are cleaned
inside and out before being returned to the customer. They
provide unlimited audio equipment cover for standard manufactured
fit equipment in the event of theft or damage. They also offer
a £500 limit for non-standard manufactured fit.
They provide cover for personal effects up to the value of
£100 on any one occurrence. Several optional cover options
are available to their motor policy holders. Legal Expenses
includes uninsured loss recovery which, in the event of a
non-fault accident, provides professional assistance to recover
expenses not covered under policies, including your policy
excess.
Vehicle Breakdown, Roadside Assistance & Recovery Services
can be also be added if your car breaks down, a personal incident
manager will arrange for someone to come out and help you,
either by carrying out roadside repairs or taking it to a
nearby garage. If your car cannot be repaired within a reasonable
time, they will arrange for you to continue your journey to
a destination of your choice. You'll also be able to call
