Their head office Conquest House is an 80,000 square foot
building standing in six acres of land. The building is not
currently used to its full capacity, leaving room for expansion.
They have a strong and highly focused management team, headed
by David Gundlach, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. They
currently employ over 750 staff and are still recruiting.
The existing staff already handle more than 3,000,000 calls
a year.
The company's dedication to staff training, using a comprehensive
in house training and development program, is reflected in
a comparatively low error rate of under 9% based on return
of proposal forms with amendments.
